  • Our email addresses end in @petcenterco.com only — we never use Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or any personal address.
  • We never request payment via gift cards, Zelle to individuals, Western Union, cryptocurrency, or Friends & Family PayPal.
  • We always provide an itemized invoice before any payment is due.
  • We always provide a transaction ID and email receipt after every payment.
